We want you to adore your Hypnosia products.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 10 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, sleep masks and pillowcases cannot be returned once opened.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

How to Start a Return:
Email support@hypnosia.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return address and instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos so we can replace or refund it as quickly as possible.
